Ostello Bello Napoli

This was a fun hostel to stay at, I made some friends even though I only stayed the one night. I stayed in a private room but that didn’t stop me from socialising with those around me in the communal areas. Location is close to the Toledo metro station, so it was extremely easy to get to from garibaldi station. Galleria Umberto is also a 10 mins or less walk.

Hostel itself is great, good value for money, perfect location, everyday activities and has a good bar and terrace. Everything is reachable by foot, just cross the street and you'll be at quartieri spagnoli. The staff were so helpful and sweet. FREE COFFEE was my favorite part. I liked the digital keys, you have all keys on your phone (Big plus). AC is everywhere, helped a lot in the hot summer of Napoli ;)

The location of the hostel was great for convenience, close to the metro so you can visit things around Naples easily, close to a supermarket and various restaurants. The bar was also great and the staff were incredible, Carlos, Alan and Chiara made my stay great and were super lovely and welcoming.

It was not just a place to rest my head; it was a hub of connection where I met an array of fascinating travelers from around the globe. The professionalism of the staff at Ostello Bello is unparalleled. When an unexpected issue arose with my initially booked room, the team handled the situation with the utmost care and efficiency. Despite the lack of availability that matched my original criteria, the manager personally addressed the matter, offering a heartfelt apology and a solution that was both generous and unexpected. I was upgraded to a private room, a gesture that speaks volumes about the hostel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a high level of service and attentiveness in the hostel industry, but Ostello Bello stands out as a shining example. They don’t just meet expectations; they surpass them, providing an experience that is both delightful and memorable. This isn’t just any hostel—it’s a place where you’re treated with the respect and kindness of a valued guest, making your stay truly exceptional.

The location is excellent, right next to the metro and Via Toledo. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. For those who like to meet new people there's always something in the bar at night. You can also enjoy a nice view on the top of the building and go there to get some moments alone, if you like. The facilities are clean and there is also a washing machine for those who need it.
