The vibe was good. Friendly travellers. Has bar. Everyday was a party. Checkin was smooth. 24/7 checkin available.

Hostel itself is great, good value for money, perfect location, everyday activities and has a good bar and terrace. Everything is reachable by foot, just cross the street and you'll be at quartieri spagnoli. The staff were so helpful and sweet. FREE COFFEE was my favorite part. I liked the digital keys, you have all keys on your phone (Big plus). AC is everywhere, helped a lot in the hot summer of Napoli ;)

The location is excellent, right next to the metro and Via Toledo. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. For those who like to meet new people there's always something in the bar at night. You can also enjoy a nice view on the top of the building and go there to get some moments alone, if you like. The facilities are clean and there is also a washing machine for those who need it.

Despite the lack of availability that matched my original criteria, the manager personally addressed the matter, offering a heartfelt apology and a solution that was both generous and unexpected. I was upgraded to a private room, a gesture that speaks volumes about the hostel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a high level of service and attentiveness in the hostel industry, but Ostello Bello stands out as a shining example. They don’t just meet expectations; they surpass them, providing an experience that is both delightful and memorable. This isn’t just any hostel—it’s a place where you’re treated with the respect and kindness of a valued guest, making your stay truly exceptional.

a lot of young and nice people there. the people working at bello‘s really try to create an atmosphere where you spend time together with the other guests and do activities together which is very cool if you‘re alone and want to connect with others! special thanks to Alan which is the nicest bar tender I ever encountered. he is super sweet, makes amazing cocktails and also helps you if you need anything. the whole people working at bello‘s are amazing! so friendly and always making sure you‘re feeling good and have the best time. thank you a lot for making this first experience for me in a hostel unforgettable!
