Despite the lack of availability that matched my original criteria, the manager personally addressed the matter, offering a heartfelt apology and a solution that was both generous and unexpected. I was upgraded to a private room, a gesture that speaks volumes about the hostel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a high level of service and attentiveness in the hostel industry, but Ostello Bello stands out as a shining example. a lot of young and nice people there. the people working at bello‘s really try to create an atmosphere where you spend time together with the other guests and do activities together which is very cool if you‘re alone and want to connect with others! special thanks to Alan which is the nicest bar tender I ever encountered. he is super sweet, makes amazing cocktails and also helps you if you need anything. the whole people working at bello‘s are amazing! so friendly and always making sure you‘re feeling good and have the best time. thank you a lot for making this first experience for me in a hostel unforgettable!

If you are searching for a nice place to stay in Napoli, to meet people from around the world and have some fun this is the place to go. The common areas are so cool, just 5 min after I arrived I already had made friends. There were activities every day, like karaoke and beer pong tournaments. The staff were amazing people, always there to help or just chat. Rooms are totally fine, theres a nice kitchen to cook and a beautiful terrace. Ostello bello always in my heart 💘

Everything is reachable by foot, just cross the street and you'll be at quartieri spagnoli. The staff were so helpful and sweet. FREE COFFEE was my favorite part. I liked the digital keys, you have all keys on your phone (Big plus). AC is everywhere, helped a lot in the hot summer of Napoli ;)
